Terms and Conditions of Entry

By entering the competition each entrant will be deemed to have accepted these terms and conditions and to have agreed to be bound by them.

1. Entrants must like the Pounamu Apartments Facebook page in addition to all contributors facebook pages. Air Milford, Skippers Canyon Jet, Real Journeys, Gantleys Restaurant, Southern Discoveries, Skyline Queenstown and Glacier Southern Lakes Helicopters
2. Fly, Cruise, Heli trip for two is conditional on weather at time of trip planned, if either of the flights are unable to go ahead a separate trip booking will be made for a scenic flight around Queenstown by either Glacier Southern Lakes Heli or Air Milford.
3. All activities are subject to weather and will be rescheduled as possible but in the event they are unable to reschedule activities cannot be redeemed or exchanged for cash and are non-transferable.   
4. Booking redemption period is October 1st – December 15th.  
5. Six course Degustation meal for two at Gantleys restaurant Queenstown is to the value of $180 and is for food only. 
6. By entering the competition winners agree to their names being published and to be photographed and/or interviewed and that their names, photographs and/or interviews may be used by Pounamu Apartments or any of the competition sponsors for publicity purposes.
7. The prizes are not transferable or exchangeable, and cannot be redeemed for cash.
8. All prizes are subject to standard terms and conditions of the company supplying the prizes.
9. Full details of the prize will be given in writing to the winner.
10. Winners will be drawn on the Pounamu Apartments premises 110 Frankton Road Queenstown, New Zealand.
11. Winners will be notified via their Facebook profile and agree to their name being tagged and entry being posted on Pounamu Apartments Facebook page.
12. Subject to any applicable law which cannot be excluded, Pounamu Apartments, competition sponsors and their employees are not responsible for any loss or damage whatsoever that is suffered (including but not limited to indirect or consequential loss) or for personal injury suffered or sustained during the course of accepting or using the prizes.
13. Employees of Pounamu Apartments and prize sponsors are not eligible to enter these promotions.
14. Winner will be randomly selected from all eligible entrants.
